Job Summary

Our client is a major technology firm situated in Dubai that specializes in software development and information technology services. We’re looking for a highly driven Business Development Manager to help us grow our client base and revenue. The
ideal candidate will have a track record of success in sales, business growth, and account management.

Responsibilities

  • To improve revenue and market share, identify and exploit new business
    opportunities.
  • Maintain and cultivate relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to uncover trends and opportunities.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to attain business objectives.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to guarantee project success and customer
    satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to clients and
    partners.
  • Maintain precise records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a similar subject.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally in the
    technology industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiating, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain great relationships with clients and partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
