Job Summary

We are currently looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of a top logistics company located in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing
and overseeing all aspects of the company’s operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the logistics firm.
• Manage, train, and lead a team to ensure that operations run smoothly.
• Evaluate operational performance and make recommendations for changes.
• Keep track of and manage budgets and expenses

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
